I am writing to let you know about the wonderful services I and my family received from Randy Nelson. I contacted Randy to see if he would be able to help me with a painting project. I was very pleased with his promptness. In addition to showing up at my home at the time he stated, he came with great ideas, paint swatches, and a calendar. I was able to not only have some expert advice but pick a paint color and schedule a day to begin the work. The agreed upon work was done in a timely manner and far surpassed the expectations I had. The walls were expertly painted along with the trim. Randy even used a heavy duty trim paint where he noticed greater wear due to my children scuffing up certain areas. And speaking of my children, they loved having Randy around. He was great with them, and seeing that we were home doing school while this project was underway, that was a huge plus. I was constantly refocusing them on their work. But when they would slip past me, I found them watching Randy and he was all to happy to answer their many questions. 

I was blown away when I had paid Randy for his work and he told me I had overpaid him. I had apparently gotten mixed up and paid him one hundred dollars more than the agreed price. I never would have known it if he hadn't pointed it out. I was so pleased with the work I told him to keep the extra money. He insisted on doing some extra work around the house. And he did, the work was done with an attitude of excellence. I keep Randy's number in my phone and wouldn't hesitate to call if I needed anything fixed, built, painted, or even just an expert opinion.
